cannot be resold with integrity of quality once they leave our lab. Our expertly sourced
ingredients draw from precious natural resources. If we cannot resell a returned product, we
have to discard it and that conflicts with our strong stance on sustainability. We stand
behind a strict return policy as a critical component of our responsibility to preserve natural
resources. If products are damaged in transit, or if the incorrect item was shipped, we will
